JC Christian

Co-Founder

JC Christian founded CT Labs to help enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and become AI-native organizations. After seeing companies get stuck between promising pilots and real production deployment, JC built CT Labs around a clear premise: AI should produce measurable business value inside real workflows. Too often, AI ends in strategy decks, has disconnected prototypes, or abstract recommendations – CT Labs solves these problems.

JC began his career as a software engineer at Amazon Web Services and Uber, where he worked on no-code tools, automation, and freight operations technology. That engineering background gives him a practical understanding of how enterprise systems are built, integrated, and scaled. He later founded two venture-backed startups, bringing first-hand experience in product development, technical execution, go-to-market strategy, and the pressure of building companies in fast-moving markets.

At CT Labs, JC created the Build-First Protocol and the 30+ ROI Agent Library that powers agentic deployments across finance, supply chain, HR, legal, go-to-market, and operations. His work focuses on identifying high-cost workflows, designing agentic systems around measurable outcomes, and helping enterprises move from AI concepts to production-ready deployments.

In addition to his technical and founder background, JC has worked closely with high-growth companies on C-suite, CEO, and venture capital searches through Christian & Timbers. He focuses on enterprise technologies including cybersecurity, vertical AI applications, foundation models, data infrastructure, and developer tooling. This blend of engineering, company-building, executive search, and AI market intelligence gives JC a rare perspective on what it takes to build AI systems that are not only technically sound, but commercially valuable.

His mission is to help organizations become AI-native by deploying agents that improve speed, reduce manual work, and deliver measurable ROI in production.
