As the founder of Christian & Timbers, he helped define the category of technology executive search and built the firm into a global leader for placing transformational executives across venture-backed, private equity, and enterprise technology companies.
Over the course of his career, Jeff has led some of the most notable CEO and board searches in Silicon Valley and enterprise technology, including:

• Carly Fiorina's placement as CEO of Hewlett-Packard
• Executive searches for companies, including WebMD, Upwork, F5 Networks, McAfee

Jeff also built CT Partners from $0 to $100 million in annual revenue and launched CT Access Ventures, a $40 million venture capital fund focused on investing in exceptional CEOs and oversubscribed deals.
